Awarded to a founder or co-founder who has demonstrated exceptional vision, resilience, and business growth. The nominee must lead a company with verified operational history and measurable impact in their industry.
Who should apply: Founders and co-founders of active businesses across any industry.
Business Leader of the Year
Recognizes an executive or senior leader who has driven meaningful organizational transformation, delivered consistent business results, and demonstrated exceptional leadership of people and strategy.
Who should apply: CEOs, MDs, Directors, and senior executives at the helm of growing organizations.
Emerging Leader of the Year
Celebrates a leader under 40 years of age who has achieved remarkable results in a short time, showing the potential, drive, and character to shape the future of business.
Who should apply: Young entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders aged 40 and below.
Social Impact Leader of the Year
Honors a business leader who has integrated social responsibility into their core business model — creating measurable positive impact for communities, the environment, or underserved populations while maintaining business viability.
Who should apply: Leaders whose business actively creates social or environmental impact beyond profit.
Industry Innovator of the Year
Awarded to a leader who has introduced a new product, service, process, or business model that has meaningfully disrupted or advanced their industry.
Who should apply: Founders and executives who have brought genuine innovation to market with verifiable results.
